Our exclusive SilentAire™ technology will chase away the hot day time air trapped in your home. Cool night time air will stream inside and you will feel like you spent the night sleeping in a cool night breeze.  It filters the cool fresh night air for pollen and other airborne allergens.

Silent AireFresh cool air comes from the outdoors, is filtered through the SilentAire™, and then is delivered into your home with a motorized damper. The hot air is then expelled through the windows and the attic.

  • Ultra high efficiency two speed motor. High speed, 3000 CFM; Low speed, 1200 CFM.
  • Digital thermostat.
  • Motorized damper.
  • Fire switch: Shuts off power if there is a fire; the fan shuts off (only the whole house fan is made with this important safety feature.)
  • Dual Pleated filter.

Options:

  • Outdoor thermostat holds SilentAire™ off until outside air temperature drops to a preset temperature (normally 78), then the whole house fan comes on.
  • Over-ride switch that allows you to run the fan during the day if temperature outside is cooler than in the house.
  • Patented relief dampers direct air throughout the house without duct work.
  • Patented closeable relief dampers (same as above, except closeable.) Includes closing mechanism and standard relief damper.
  • Washable lifetime Electrostatic filter.
