Our exclusive SilentAire™ technology will chase away the hot day time air trapped in your home. Cool night time air will stream inside and you will feel like you spent the night sleeping in a cool night breeze
IP is a version of SilentAire™ that induces pressure to drive the hot air from your house while it cleans the air you breath.
Fresh cool air comes from the outdoors, is filtered through the Silent Aire™, and then is delivered into your home with a motorized damper. The hot air is then expelled through the windows and the attic.

- Outdoor thermostat holds SilentAire™ off until outside air temperature drops to a preset temperature (normally 78), then the whole house fan comes on.
- Over-ride switch that allows you to run the fan during the day if temperature outside is cooler than in the house.
- Patented relief dampers direct air throughout the house without duct work.
- 4. Patented closeable relief dampers (same as above, except closeable.) Includes closing mechanism and standard relief damper.
- 5. Washable lifetime Electrostatic filter.
